1. It is expected to set aside time to attend regular Member Meetings, at least once per month, and participate in fund-raising activities organized by the Club.
2. Required to pay Membership Fee for Club, District and International.
3. Comply with Lions Clubs International MD and Lions Clubs International's Articles of Association and Bylaws.
4. Uphold the Lions Objectives and Code of Conduct.

The Lions Clubs membership is based on an invitation from one of the Lions Clubs members.

Requirements to become a member of Lions Clubs:

1. Individual;
2. Proficient in performing legal actions;
3. Have good personality and character;
4. Have dignity and good name in society.

• To Provide a forum for the open discussion of all matters of public interest; provided, however, that partisan politics and sectarian religion shall not be debated by club members. 
• To Encourage service-minded people to serve their community without personal financial reward, and to encourage efficiency and promote high ethical standards in commerce, industry, professions, public works and private endeavors.
